I. Applications: Polymer materials experiments, by adjusting the screw components (Kneading blocks, reverse thread, etc. ) and process parameters, it can realize the experimental purpose of multifunctional and multipurpose universality and specificity. The extruder is building blocks type screw structure. AC motor drives it. Japan FUJI frequency converter for the speed regulation system. Screw-type metering feed, water cooling, air-cooling pelletizing. The barrels of host machine are segmentation structure. They are applicable to PPPEPVCPAPBTPET and other materials.

IV. The main configuration instructions

A. SHJ-20 twin-screw mixing extrusion unit

1. Aspect Ratio(L/D): 1: 40

2. Screw diameter: 21.7 mm, groove depth: 3.85 mm

3. Screw speed: For SHJ-20 is to 60 ~ 600rpm

4. The total length of the barrels: 850 mm

5. The amount of barrels is 6 (the first section feeding barrel’s length is 100 mm, the other five barrels’ length is 150 mm for each. )

7. Screw components and core shafts (the optimal domestic materials are adopted. )

1) the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, the building blocks type barrels adopt wear-resistant bimetal materials, lined α -101 hard alloy, screw elements adopts wear-resistant high-speed tool steel material W6Mo5Cr4V2 ( 6542). The screw core adopts 40 CrNiMoA material. The first barrel has the main feed mouth. The third barrel has glassfiber mouth, which equipped with blind blockings. The fifth barrel has vacuum exhaust outlets. And the rest barrels are closed-mouth barrel.

2) Screw stem is with modular structure, including screw conveying components, initial refining components, shear components, shunt components, tooth-type components, backmixing components, ect. You can set the screw combination in accordance with every the material process.
