4)The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large load, and easy disassembly and assembly.

5)The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2, that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.

F. Charging barrel

1. The barrel body is made of #45 steel, and the “∞ ” shape hole is lined with wearing proof alloy a-101(Fe – Cr – Ni -B+Carbide), hardness: HRC60 – 64, barrel length: L = 240mm/section.

2. The first cylinder is used for feeding materials barrel, 9th cylinder for vacuum barrel, the 10th cylinder for extrusion barrel and the other cylinders are of closed mouth type. And the concentricity of all barrel bodies is below 0.025mm.

K. Interlock control system

1. Only after the oil lubrication system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., the oil pump starts up, can you start up the host machine.

2. Only after the feeding system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., the host machine starts up, can you start up the feeding machine.

3. When the pressure system interlocks with the host machine, i. e., reaches overpressure, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.

4. When the electric current interlocks with the host machine, i. e., reaches over current, both the host machine and feeding machine should stop operation.

II)One set of cutting auxiliary machine

1) Water-ring hot-cutting die: Cast copper heaters, hot-cutting board with 3 lines holes.

2) One set of stainless steel water-ring pelletizing cover. The quick-open fixtures is connected with the hot-cutting die.

3) The power of pelletizer motor: 1.5 KW. The AC two-grade motor is used. Japanese FUJI variable-frequency regulator.

4) The pelletizer device adopt four cutters.

5) One set of circulating water-tank which has quick-open conveying pipes.

6) One set of centrifugal pump with the power of 4 KW.

7) One set of 500 model centrifugal dewaterer.

8) One set of 0.5 square meter vibrating sieve.

9) One set of one grade cyclone separation system. The motor power is 4KW. The diameter of pipe is 160mm. One set of production silo, the diameter of which is 800mm. The discharge valve is also equipped with.
