Mianly used in the production of PVC plastic buckle angleline, decorative moulding, Mentao line etc.

The unit is constituted by 51 or 48 conical double screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting-laminator, upender etc. According to different size of production, different length of vacuum shaping table are available. Tractor adopts unique up-down technology owned by our company with stable working, good reliability and enough traction. Cutting machine moves the same speed with tractor.

The unit is with modern design, reasonable structure and easy operation etc characterisics.
