JGF-PVC pipe extrusion production line
Mainly used in the production of agricultural drainage, construction seton pipe, electric power, communication, cable duct tube, PVCcore foamed pipe etc and other PVC pipe with different pipe diameter and wall thickness.
The unit is constituted by conical double screw extruder, vacuum sizing box, tractor, cutting machine, upender etc. Different production lines are available according to different caliber of products. Construction seton pipe can adopt ‘one mould for two’extruding process.
Can produce different diameter pipes, vacuum sizing box with stainless steel vacuum spray sizing box and 2-3 pieces of spray cooling system…Adopting imported cycle water pump, vacuum pump, tractor motor etc high quality products.
Tractor adopts stepless frequency conversion timing, frequency converter adopts imported components with caterpillar, 3 claws, 6 claws etc mode of traction. Saw blade cuuting and planet cutting are available with automation fixed length cutting. The unit is with reliable performance, high efficiency, easy operation etc advantages.
