ZDY-1400 hollow door board production line
Mainly used in the production of PVC hollow door board, PVC WPC hollow door board, PVC, , PVC WPC decorative wide array board material etc.
The width of products the unit can extrude is from 800mm-1300mm, the unit is constituted by conical double screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, stacker etc. According to different width of products, 80 and 92 conicle double screw extruders are available, Tractor adopts unique up-down technology owned by our company with stable working, good reliability and enough traction. Cutting machine moves the same speed with tractor, reasonable designed and fixed-length cutting automatically and equipped with dust recycle device.
The unit is with modern design, reasonable structure and easy operation etc characteristics.
