QCS-C-1500 Full-Automatic Stretch Blow Moulding Machine
QCS-C-1500 is two-stage automatic stretch PET blow moulding machine which is used to blow any shape PET bottles. Having simple structure and stable function, the machine is very easy to be operated and maintain. It is specially famous for high producing capacity and low power consmption. QCS-C-1500 can blow at least 1800 bottles per hour for 600ml water bottle at just consuming 4.8KW power.
—All pneumatic element are famous internatioal brands: PARKER high pressure valve, FESTON low pressure valve, FESTON cylinder, Mitsubishi PLC, Keyence sensor, etc.
—The operating system can store 20 sets of bottle blowing data.
—The special design of heating system can save 50% energy.
—Independent temperature control for eash heating lamp can get every preform heated precisely and evenly.
