Blow Moulding Machine (NTA-1500)
NTA series is a kind of PET two-stage automatic stretch blow molding machine, which is uses to blow bottles with PET material. Having simple structure and stable function, the machine is very easy to operate and is specialized in the feature of high speed but low energy cost. It can achieve 1800 bottles per hour with 8kw for blowing 600ml water bottle.
All Pneumatic elements are famous international brands: PARKER high pressure valve, FEDTO low pressure valve, PESTO locking mold cylinder ect;
1. The PLC is the famous MIYSUBISHI PLC and other electronic components are all international famous brands;
2. The operating system can store 20 sets bottle blowing data;
3. The specialized design heating system can save 50% electricity power;
4. Independently temperature control for each heating lamp to get every preform heated precisely and evenly;
5. The distance between preform and the heating lamp can be adjust according to the shape of preform;
6. Because there is no robot, the breakdown rate is low;
