FSB-600 LINE FEATURES: In order to meet the demand of plastic pipe market, FCFS designed and developed this HDPE/PP Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line FSB-600 by absorbing advanced technology from plastic machinery industry of foreign countries. This Line is the latest study achievement in the plastic extrusion field. It is suitable for the high speed extrusion of HDPE, LDPE, PP and UPVC material. It adopts directly extruding (single extruder or two extruders’ co-extrusion) and forming technology, PLC computerizing control system. It makes high automatic degree, reliable quality and stable extrusion become true. This pipe production line has very good reputation from our domestic and abroad customers.

HDPE/PP Extruder: High speed and efficiency single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE or PP material. Grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently fed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layer produced by different material, different colors to meet special requirements of the manufacturer.

UPVC Extruder: High speed and efficiency conical twin screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PVC material, equipped with forced fixed-quantity feeding system, automatic PLC control system, vacuum exhaust system and automatic speed control system. This structure assures accurate controlling for the material temperature, plasticization stability and greatly improving corrugated pipe quality.

Corrugator: Horizontal structure; Chain type transmission; Equipped with open water cooling system. This kind of design greatly increases the production speed. High quality Aluminum Mold Blocks moving system adopts advanced synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability. Advanced self-lubricating system makes the forming molds and mold plates abrasions minimize and greatly extend the service life.

Die head: Spiral type; Special structure design; Small volume and clean flow. This structure can effectively eliminate internal stress of corrugated pipe, remove the weld pipe marks, and make the corrugated pipe inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.

Cutting machine: By electrical, pneumatic joint control, it can make smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting, simple and sensitive operation becomes true. It can implement fixed- length automatically cutting which matched over loading fixed-length equipment.

Control system: This line adopts Original OMRON PLC control system, with colorful touching screen human-machine interface, high automatic, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
