FCFS produces many kinds of plastic extruders: Single screw extruder( single-screw extruder), double screw extruder (double-screw extruder), twin screw extruder(twin-screw extruder), conical extruder, parallel extruder, conical double screw extruder (conical double-screw extruder), parallel twin screw extruder(parallel twin-screw extruder), etc.
The FSJ Series Single Screw Extruder adopts high speed and efficiency of single screw. The screw has barrier unit, special material mixing components and new style of barrel grooves. The extruder is equipped with low noise fan, ceramic heating ring, high speed hard gear reducer; Full-automatic vacuum loader. This configuration assures good plasticization and mixing effect. It also assures high speed, stable production and great output. The control system adopts high accuracy temperature control equipment and stable running system and good quality control components. This series extruder is used for extruding HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PP, PPR, PA, PB, ABS, EVA, etc.
The FSZ Series Conical Twin Screw Extruder has the following features:
1. Soft plasticization design concepts assure the material quality.
2. Very reliable and effective design concepts ensure reliable operation of the extrusion. Dedicated high torque drive system, Teeth, shaft for the high-strength alloy steel, nitrogen and grinding treatment. The newly developed screw is suitable for filling a high volume of formula and the feed material in the screw ensures good filling degree and the best allocation of material flows.
3. The core temperature adjustment equipment in the screw and good barrel cooling assure the accuracy control for the material technology temperature.
4. It can be used for different pipe line, board line; Profile machine and rigid and soft PVC pelletize line equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines.
The FSP Series Prallel Twin Screw Extruder is used for extruding PVC, UPVC resion. It can be used for production of pipes, board, sheet, profile or granulation of PVC pellets.
