This line is designed for the production of 6~35kV power cables with cross-linking polyethylene (XLPE) insulation.

It uses Nitrogen for curing and water for cooling.

Electric power: Total power consumption: 750KVA, it should be sine wave that the voltage of the power supply, and its harmonic distortion is less than 5%, and its balance between the voltage of 3-phase is also less than ± 5%

380V± 10%, 220V± 10%, 50Hz± 2%, 3-phase & 5-wire

Water: Pressure 0.2~0.6MPa, flow rate 15m3/h (circulating water from the water reservoir), suspended matter less than 25mg/l, hardness less than 8° Dh(143ppm), inlet temperature range is 15-25C degree, consumption is about 0.5m3/h, thermal difference less than 5C degree

Compressed air: Pressure 0.6-0.8MPa, consumption: 0.5m3/h in a moment (standard state)

Nitrogen gas: Pressure 2.0~2.2MPa, Purity 99.5%, consumption 4~8m3/h (standard state). In order to ensure the CCV-line starts up, there should be a nitrogen storage tank ≥ 6m3

Environmental temperature range is 5-35C degree

Relative humidity is less than 95%, no glazed frost

Height above sea level is less than 1000m
