Automatic Normal Temperature Waste Tire Processing Production Line

The Complete Set of Automatic Normal Temperature Waste Tire Processing Production Line (tire recycling, tire recycling plant, rubber recycling)adopts world-class level intelligent control system, with functions of parameter adjusting, fault shutdown, fault alarm and so on. It can greatly improve production efficiency and completely separate rubber, steel wires, and fiber in waste tires. Close-type dedusting system and circulating cooling water system are adopted in this line, secondary pollution, like waste water, gas, and solid wont be generated during the production process. The equipments are easy to be installed, they are of low fault rate, easy maintanence, little wastage and easy operation. Customers just need to prepare plant, water, power for production, and only carriers and control system operators are needed during production process. There are five kinds of specifications according to yearly processing capacity: 1000 ton, 2000 ton, 3000 ton, 5000 ton and 10, 000 ton. And it can also be designed according to customers requirements.

It consists of three large parts, totally twelve working procedures, I. E. Preparation section, automatic crushing system, cooling and dust treatment system.

In the preparation section, the cutting machine cuts down the tire bead of waste tire, then choose drawbenches according to the size of tires to draw out steel wires.

Then put the tires into automatic crushing system, through the processing of tire crusher, primary crusher, fine crusher, and then four-time steel wires magnetic separating and three-time fiber separating, 100% steel wires and 98% fiber will be sorted out, then these rubber granules go into rubber grinding machines, rubber powder of required specification will be produced, and then comes the forth fiber separating, at last, the pure rubber powder is screened, graded, measured and packed.

It lives up to the environmental and energy-saving requirements via the cooling water recycling and automatic dust-collecting. Customers cost and troubles are reduced accordingly.

It can feed whole tire, thoroughly separate rubber, steel wires, and nylon of waste tires, and produce 10-120 mesh rubber granules, powder, opening up a new way of recycling use under the shortage situation of rubber resource.

This production line has advanced performance, rubber powder and s have smooth surface, therefore they can be applied in many fields, such as modified asphalt, rubber and plastic compound, sports field, rubb waterproof roll, and various kinds of rubber products. The contents of moisture, ash, metal and fiber in rubber granule reach international.
