Wood plastic extrusion line adopts a specially designed screw barrel, mold and extruding machine to manufacture wood plastic composite products including wood plastic 1-step plate equipment; Wood plastic 1-step profile equipment; Wood plastic 1-step decoration materials equipment; Wood plastic two-step plate equipment; Wood plastic 2-step profile equipment; Wood pelletizing equipment.
Wood plastic composite products can be extruded directly by single extruder, 2-step extrusion can be acheived as well. With high output, stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect, energy-saving, space-saving. Optimal design of screw leads to smaller shear force which ensures the materials a uniform residence time in the machine. Screw barrel adopts bi-metallic treatment, wear resistant and corrosion resistant which extends its service life.
Wood powder and plant fiber is up to max. 50%-65%.
