Water-ring Hot-cutting Pelletizing Characteristics
The pelletizing pattern has good performance, such as uniform granulation, aesthetic granulation and favorable cooling effect etc.
Applicable materials:
1. PE, EVA modificated with CaCO3, talc, TiO2, or carbon black etc.;
2. Cable sheath and cable insulation compounds of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE or MDPE;
3. Radiation crosslinking materials; Heat-shrinkable cable compounds;
4. PPR pipe compounds, PE compounds for crosslinked pipes;
5. TPR, TPU thermoplastic elastomers; EVA and hot-melt adhesives;
6. Color concentrates of PE, ABS, PS, EVA, etc.;
7. Flame retardant masterbatches of ABS, EVA etc.;
8. Color batches with PE, PP, PS etc. As carries for degradation applications.
