Introducing for the line:
This line make the pellet with straw, stalk, thin wood chip, etc. Collect the material and mix, adjust the quality, make one, small and roundish thing to cool dry, Sift the process of grading to form. The technological process are rational in succession, every unit performance is good, the aircrew structure is compact, The area of occupation of land little, the energy consumption bottom, it is convenient to operate it and maintain.
This line is a Turn-Key factory with everything from hammer mill to sieve, built on a steel skid that will fit into a 40′ and FCL container, which essentially makes it a Mobile Pellets Factory.
You only need a fork lift capable of lifting 3 MT.
The suitable material with a water content of 10-15% and pieces (wood chips 2-3 cm) not larger, and the hammer mill could reduce the material to less than 2 mm.
