MODEL CP32 ROTARY FULL-AUTOMATIC BOTTLE RINSER

CP 32 bottle rinser is used to cleaning and drying various kinds of bottles, including glass and plastic material bottles. This machine is a high-speed rotary bottle rinsing machine. The whole cleaning process includes sterile water(or oxyful) spraying and sterile air blowing drying. Water spraying will not working if there is no bottle. Differnt size bottles can be changed conveniently. This bottle rinser can be manual adjusted to fit bottles with different heights. Cleaning agent is purified water. Purified water is not recycled.

Bottle rinsing process:

Glass/plastic bottles are arranged by screw pole and star wheel before rinsing. Then the clamps clamp the bottle neck, and turns bottle mouth downwards. Water spray washing and air drying. At last, the bottles are conveyed to filling machine via star wheel.
