PVC Wide Width Hollow Panel Production Line
This line adopts special designed 80 or 92 conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter. It has characteristic of convenient operation, wide adjust range, high temperature adjust accuracy etc. The down stream line is composed of vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, cutter and stacker etc. The line is with large forced cooling device to ensure the good effect of the wide plate. The caterpillar type haul-off unit adopts speed reducer motor and inverter, and has characteristic of reasonable structure, large haul-off momentum, stable hauling effect etc.
The cutter is stable and reliable with high cutting accuracy. The stacker assemble parts is with movable material carry wagon and special made rubber protective layer, and with advantage of non material-hurting, convenient operation etc. The down stream line adopt program control system or domestic made branded control system to ensure the whole line control is stable.
