USAGE
This machine is horizontal film blowing machine; It is suitable for blowing several kinds PVC film, especially PVC heat shrinkable film.
The PVC heat shrink film made by this machine has good transparency, excellent gloss, high shrinkage, etc.; It is popular in today’s new packaging materials. It has been widely used as printing labels for water bottle, shampoo bottle etc. And the outer packages of food, beverages, tea, glass products, handicrafts, sanitary wares, cosmetics, electronic products, and so on.
FEATURE
1. The barrel and screw and die head of this machine are made of high-quality steel 38GrMoAIA, precisely formed by heat treatment, and it has the features of high yield, good plasticization effect, and long operating life.
2. The cylinder is sub-chain heated, and the temperature is controlled electronically and automatically, constant temperature.
3. The use of VVVF drive motor enabled the drive smooth and control flexible. The adoption of four times traction made it possible to suit a wide range of the width of the blown film and improve yields.
4. The design of the machine is reasonable, less power consumption, and high output.
