This production line is used to made PPR PE water pipe. The featrued of such pipe machine:
* Special single screw extruder for polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization
* Separation mixing screw specialized for polyolefin
* Specially designed three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress
* Producing pipe limit φ 20-φ 160mm, manufacture velocity up to 16m/min
* May be used to produce HDPE silicon core, or ordinary PP-R, PE, and PEX pipes.
* Low cost: The cost of nanometer & anti-virus pipes is merely increase 5-10% on the ordinary pipe basis.

APPLICATION&SUITABLE SCALE of this pipe production line:
1. The pipe production line is developed by absorbing 1990 west, the extruding machine is twin screw extruder.
2. The pipe production line adopt European advanced technology. Extruding machine is SJZ51/105 or SJZ65/132, 81/156, 92/188 cone double screws squeezer, equipped with single-controlled stainless steel spraying shaper. When one tube is being adjusted, the another will not be affected. Automatic single-controlled double tractor And cutter are mixed together with previous shaping technology, which makes the operation easier.
3. You can separately control and make tubes work of this pipe production line at the same time.
