PVC is softened by heating, blown molding after entering the molding. The blister packaging is added into the punching station after being detected, out of the plastic care needed, and then plastic care go into the multi-station turntable agencies through sub-trust transitional devices. Finally, PVC with fed go into paper plastic sealing station, and press with the blister paper card, after finishing pressing, the products decline down to the output device to the next process. All stations work synchronously. After forming and feeding, the detection device can be set to prevent the blister from forming badly or lack of material, and the waste is removed through the export of waste.
