Usage: This machine is suitable for splitting BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, papers and film rollers etc.

Feature:

1. The rewinding and the unwinding, which is on the standing-up type machine, are on the same side The operation face of controlling system is controlled directly on the up and down panel of the same side. The operation is easy and convenient.

2. The main motor adopts the frequency inverter to adjust the speed.

3. The tension of the material film can be adjusted automatically when the machine is working. (The feeding material device adopts automatic tension controlling system).

4. The traction and pressing roller is controlled by dual air cylinders, the pressure can be adjusted freelly.

5. The edge correcting adopts synchronic motor, high precision ball thread rod, photo-electric eye which is made in China, and the smooth channel adopts line gearing, with a moving journey of 120mm, automatic edge correcting makes the slitting precise and even.

6. The slitting adopts flat cutter and round cutter. The blade of the flat cutter adopts dual side shaving blade. The round cutter slitting adopts pneumatic clamping cutting.

7. It adopts blower fan to blow the waste edge.

8. The rolling shaft adopts horizontal rotating style and dual air shaft rolling design. The transmission connecting point adopts pneumatic clutch. Single person can operate the machine.

9. It is installed with an automatic meter counter. When the machine is working, it can automatically count meters and show speed.

10. The cylinders on the machine all have antislipping adhesive tapes which are imported to avoid slipping to cause wire drawing.
