FEATURES:

1. It is a multi-station automatic machine to achieve continuous automatic procedures like feeding, forming, demoulding, cutting and stacking. Using PLC control system makes the machine work more reliable.

2. Double chain conveyor is used to make the feeding process stable and reliable. The width and length of required sheet can be adjusted accurately. Besides, It’s fit for all kinds of moulds (large depth) which can be changed easily and reduce the rate of wasting.

3. It’s quipped heating system with upper and lower heaters adopting infrared ray. Divisional temperature control system makes the heating process energy-saving and well-distributed.

4. Quenching system and water mist system are used to make the moulds work continuously without water-cooled system, especially used for non-metal mould.

5. Equipped with dual-shaft material loosing device, section-cutting system and stacking device is to improve productive efficiency.
