Full Automatic Production for Aluminum Foil Lids, mainly used for varies dairy products, Instant Noodles, Beverage.

Composition

Main part, unreeling, embossing, feeding traction, scrap collection, controller.

Overall unit is channel steel construction, two sides steel plate, Top cover steel stainless plate.

Unreeling adopt 3″ pneumatic, electromagnetic brake are applicated in tension controlling.

A pair of embossing roller is made as per customer’s design.

Feeding is fixed-length controlled by stepper motoror by tracking.

Punching Part driven by main motor works in deflection horizontal direction, equipped with guiding finished goods collection.

Scrap is collected by Synchronous machine with electromagnetic clutch.

Touch Screen is in Adoption for the controller part, seperate operation box, settings: Length, speed, qty per min. Alarm, urgency stop, photoelectric tracking, stop with Full Nos.

Transmission shaft, guide roller, tension roller all use rolling bearing
