FJL-450E Automatic PP Lid Thermoforming Machine (2-Row)

This small blow molding machine is designed by our engineers according to the packaging requirements from the market.

The machine adopts different steps, such as, blow molding, hole punching, side trimming, counting&stacking automatically according to customers’ diferent products. The whole process is automatic running, advanced technology, safe and easy operation, labor cost saved, no need to make the hole punching and side trimming by another cutting machine as before, which also ensures the product quality without polution during the production.

Its heating device adopts bake heating type, low power consumption, small footprint, economical and practical, widely used in packing industries of food, pharmaceutical, hardware and etc. It is mainly used for making small disposable plastic items, such as lids/cover, trays and etc by PP, PVC, PET, HIPS material. It is welcome by domestic and foreign customers.

1. This machine adopts the mechanical transmission gear with the main switch connected with the spindle axis in the same line (reduce transmission errors)

2. The pneumatic system adopts PLC controll, which ensure the accurate operation of each institution, and the stable transmission of the products in the multi-station, long distance running.

3. The main machine adopts speed stepless timing, stroke adjustable, simple mold replacement, sheet feeding controlled by servomotor, reliable operation.

4. The equipment adopts air pressure blow molding in order to achieve the best quality.
