Structure of produced product: Single-side three-layer extrusion lamination at a time, main base material/extrusion layer/interlayer base material. High performance, low cost. Changing plastics/resins in extrusion layer can produce many kinds of extruded packaging film;
Extruder: Φ 90mm, Φ 100mm, Φ 110mm, high-performance extruder(Japanese technique);
Die head: High-precision full-seal original imported die head (made in Taiwan, Japan or Italy);
Control type: High-precision PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi) programmable control, HMI (Siemens, Hitech) dialog, whole integrative running;
Transducer: Japanese ANCHUAN digital vector control transducer;
Tension control: Full automatic constant tension control for reeling, unreeling and every tension point;
Reeling and unreeling machine: Adopt the round-plate type reeling and unreeling structure (only one in our country) with advanced international level (Italian technique).
