EPS block moulding Machine with horizontal door With PLC and touch screen to control machine’s whole, including opening mold, filling, steaming,stabilizing, cooling and ejecting.
1. The machine With vacuum system fo faster steaming and cooling, improve productivity and ensure even density of outer and inner block.
2. Door of mold moves horizontally, steady and safe, and it’s more effective to avoid mold closing seam, no leakage occurs.
3. The surface of mold cavity is painted with Teflon, which allowes esye block demoulding.
4. Electronic weighing scale is equipped on block exit line for automatically weighing post-mold blocks.
