Double-Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line
Using polyethylene as raw material, this production line produces heavy-caliber double-wall corrugated pipes. Due to their characteristics of light weight, strong impact resistance, high ring-stiffness and corrosion resistance, they are widely used in many fields, such as sheath pipe of underground electric cable, city water-draining pipe and up-down water transporting pipe in construction etc.
After being processed precisely, the molding machine die heads and modules have high accuracy, so they can guarantee every performance criterion of the formed pipes. The ring-type double knives of the cutter ensure high cutting accuracy as well as vertical and plane cross-sections.
