Dehumidifying Dryer (TCD50/60)

The plastic dehumidifying dryer has a ceramic honeycomb dehumidifying rotor made of ceramic fiber, together with the molecular sieve and silicon gel strongly bonded to its surface by special chemical crystallization. Therefore, the rotor is extremely capable of humidity absorption, produces no powder and offers an extremely long service life.

The air passes through numerous tiny holes in the rotor (desiccant) of the plastic dehumidifying dryer, which efficiently absorb the moisture. The dehumidifying dry air from the dehumidifier is thoroughly dehumidified and becomes the dry air of extremely low dew-point. The dehumidifying dry air passes through the plastic material in the drying hopper of 50 kg capacity. The moisture is taken away by the flowing drying air and the moisture air goes back to the dehumidifier for next circle.

The plastic to be dehumidified is automatically loading into the drying hopper by the vacuum loader in the plastic dehumidifying dryer and the plastic dehumidified is automatically loading into the plastic molding machine by the vacuum loader in the plastic dehumidifying dryer.

For the plastic of PA, PC, PBT, PET which absorb moisture easily, the plastic dehumidifying dryer is necessary for plastic pelletization and plastic molding to prevent from any quality flaw caused by higher water ratio.
