5. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts.
6. Filling valves are equipped with well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment throughly.
7. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
8. Filling fast, accurate and no liquid lost.
9. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
10. It can be adjusted in different sizes of bottles and different kinds of cap, Cap sorter is installed in a lower position, sending cap in a level position.

The advanced technology from Italy and Germany are employed. The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-washing technology is used in system. Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

Features:
1. Adopts the negative pressure filling which we specifically design for CSD filling, it ensures minimal loss of CO2 from the product
2. The configuration of filler is advanced, pithy and rational and the driving and up-down transmission is located between the stainless steel working plat and the bracket and their waterproof is good, sanitary and credible and adjusting and maintaining are very easy.
3. We design the filling valves on basis of foreign advanced technique for adapting high-speed hot filling. It can ensure the valves open and close flexibly because of using guide sheath. Adopting easy-fixed configuration, the valve is easy to cleaning promptly and has automatic cleaning function.
4. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new type micro pressure filling system is adopted.
5. The electropneumatic filling valves are equipped with interchangeable level tubes to make the best precision filling, and the filling level for the bottle is adjust.
