The machine is designed for medium size PVC products where cycle/spot or continuous line weld is required.
1. Traveling Head HF Welder with output power of 5kW-50KW
2. Pneumatic press with adjustable dimension of active horn
3. Automatic PLC steering control for the movement
4. With counter for controlling the length, traveled distance and weld cycle number.
5. The HF machine is moving along a table on special rails allowing for smooth motion and exact movement/distance control.
6. The original length of machine is 6M and can be lengthen in need(3m/time). Big tent material can be welded in one time.
7. Is good at the welding for advertising cloth.
