Auto Tube Expander (LZ-SGK SERIES)
LZ-SGK series full-auto tube expander is equipped with the program joint with drawing device.
(1) It can not only joint with main machine of extruding pipe, but also be used as single machine while it is used in enlarging pipes, the movement of the pipe materials adopts, horizontally moving, the action is steady and correct.
(2) The pipe material will not be damaged. The machine adopts hot-air-circle double-heating method. Each heating furnace is equipped with multiple-grade heating furnace core.
(3) The shaping method adopts inside sizing method of enlarged end and outside sizing with atmospheric pressure.
(4) The sizing of the pipe mouth is correct. There are transfer switches on the control panel for expander joint(straight mouth) and spreader spring seal ring type joint(R mouth).
(5) Among them, the R mouth can be divided into two types; The expansion block expands first, the expansion block expands later. The enlarging pipe method choice is very convenient.
(6) The technique adaptability is very strong. As to the main electric control elements, we adopt imported ones. The syetem characteristics are steady and reliable.
