Introduction:
1. With filling needles plug-in type & piston-pump or peristaltic pump
To fill, it’s applied to various liquids filling to small mouth bottles or small dosage bottles, widely used in perfumes filling, essential oil filling, oral drinks, pharmaceuticals filling or cosmetic filling ect.
2…The whole system is controlled with PLC system, no bottle, no filling & no cap-feeding, with highly automation.
3. It consists of auto bottle-feeding part, auto sensoring bottles and caps, auto filling or sucking liquid and foam; Auto cap-feeding system(inner-cap or stopper and outer-cap feeding ) and also capping part, and auto bottle-exiting.
4. It combines with mechnism, phenumatics and electrics, totally in compliance with GMP medicine production requirements, making small bottle auto production lines possible & perfect.
5. Can be designed arrording to different production capacity requirements to meet cutomers’ production.
