Introduction:
1. This monoblock is especially designed for various powder bottle filling, like sterile powder, cosmetic mask powder, oral powder, condiments, ect. Widely used in biological products and pharmaceutical & cosmetics fields.
2. This machine consists of turning table, conveying system, positioning system, powder filling system, cap-feeding-closing device, and bottle-out and track and electric control system. It uses graduator and servo motor to drive screws filling at the same time to finish the filling process.
3. Servo motor drive, high-precision screw filling, filling speed & precision is high.
4. PLC system to control, easy to adjust different dosages & speed, easy to operate & maintain.
5. Speed control is frequency conversion, with auto counting, highlu auomatation.
6. Optional acrylic glass protection hood and 100-class laminar flow
Production capacity(based on 2-nozzle filling )
20-100ml: 40-50BPM
100-250ml: 30-40BPM
250-500ml: 20-30BPM
Note: We can customize the system, like, with2-nozzle, 1-nozzle, 4-nozzle unit to increase daily capacity.
