Recently, we have developed an advanced kind of high speed single-wall corrugated pipe plastic machine production line, producing single-wall corrugated pipes of pipe diameter 9-58mm. It is a breakthrough in the field of single-wall corrugated pipe production.

Especially, mould type: One set of mould with two different sizes of mould. So it can be used to make two kinds of corrugated pipes on one set of mould. It will save mould changing time.

When we want to start other mould sets, we should only adjust the height of forming machinery.

This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE, PP, PVC, EVA continuously, as well as pa corrugated pipes. Plastic single-wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, resistant to corrosion and abrasion, high intensity, good flexibility, etc.

They are widely used in fields of auto wire, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lanterns wire, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine, etc.

This GSDBGZ series high speed single-wall corrugated pipe plastic machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

Features:

1. High technology: We have developed our own technology for this plastic extrusion machine. We make all the mould blocks by ourself.

2. High production speed: 20-30m/min, with water cooling, with new technology mould blocks, the line speed can reach to 20-30m/min, it is about three times of others.

3. Double sizes of mould blocks on the same mould block: There are two pipe sizes on the same block, so the manufacturer can change the pipe diameter by adjusting the forming machine up and down, saving mould-changing time.

4. The mould blocks are not connected by chain pieces by pieces, and instead the blocks can move forward and backward on the mould base.
