This film blowing machine adopts horizontal type take-up unit rapidly reciprocated rotate for replacing die head rotates, simplifies the structure of the die head, preventing the trouble which cause while the die head rotates lead to leakage material, lacked leak tightness and difficult maintain and overcome the roller film one side bigger than other side and the elastic edge etc. Quality problems for guaranteeing the film smooth.
This film blowing machine makes up of 2 extruders and other devices which can mix the LDPE, HDPE, mLLDPE, EVA and multi same or different material by the complex die head extruded the 2 layers mixed film, which widely increase the physical properties of the film lead to the film processed well barrier and gastightness as the barrier prevents all the things outside. For adding the different color masterbatches changes the film colors which can increase the lightproof and fresh-keeping of the films.

IRD Heats Material From Inside
Infrared (IR) operates in the same manner as the heat from the sun so unlike conventional driers only the solid or liquid mass is heated not the surrounding air which remains cool. IR causes molecular heat oscillation directly to the core of the material so vaporising moisture which is absorbed and removed by the cool air. Desiccant dryers work in reverse, the surface is always hotter than the core consequently as soon as it is in ambient air the surface cools and absorbs moisture.

Due to the speed of moisture removal by IR acting directly at the core of the material energy consumption is low. Typically for PET the power required is 120 watts per kilo per hour.
