A. STM Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts unique pressing spring front lay registration design compliant with PLC control system which makes machine run at high lamination precession and low rate of breaking down.
B. The machine uses frequency converter for speed regulation, PLC central control, simulation to digit program system.

E. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.

Carbonated Drink Filling Machine
The series equipment is used in producing all kinds of carbonated drink packed with PET bottles. Washing, filling and sealing devices equipped on the same machine. The advanced technology from Italy and Germany are employed. The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-washing technology is used in system. Pneumatic valve and damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine. The amount of the drinks in the drink tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

B. ZT-III Automatic Shoulder-Injecting Machine (heading machine), researched and manufactured on our own, is a new type machine of advanced science and technology specially for shoulder injection. Its all operation is controlled by PLC of large-scale through a people-machine interface of touch screen. Together with mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies, it has the merits of high productivity, low consumption, easy operation, and automatic warning on failures, stable performance and no waste. By plastic injecting, spitting, squeezing and welding, it can make a plastic shoulder for plastic tubes and aluminum-plastic tubes. And the shoulder is smooth, beautiful and firm.
