2. Work Process
The equipment conveys bottle to the starwheel drive I through bottle feeding flue, and then to the bottle clamping mechanism of washing machine, the bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle neck and overturns for washing the inside and outside walls of the bottle along the guide rail of washing machine, the washed and dry bottle is conveyed to the starwheel drive II, and then to the bottling machine through the starwheel drive III, the bottle clamp plate may hold the bottle neck and open the bottling value for bottling the machine along the guide rail, after bottling, the bottle is delivered to the capping machine through starwheel drive IV and starwheel drive V, the bottle clamping plate of the capping machine holds the bottle neck for capping, finally, the well capped beverage bottle is conveyed to the conveying chain through starwheel drive VI, finish washing, bottling and capping.

Capper
The bottle into the click wheel through the transition card bottleneck Capping Machine. Rotary Capping Machine knife stuck on the only bottleneck location, keeping the bottle upright and prevent rotation.
