The line is used for extrusion of PP-R, PEX or PE-RT pipes. PP-R pipe are non-toxic, heat-resistant. It can be easily welded by hot-melting method and recyclable. PEX pipes have excellent temperature resistance character. PE-RT pipe does not need the cross-link process, and it can also be recycled. This line is assembled lattice or spiral mould. Two section vacuum calibration unit and spraying cooling bath. After simply changing the mould, it also becomes possible to produce ABS, PP composite pipe.

PVC profile extrusion line is mainly applied in manufacturing PVC window and door profile, multi-hole pipe (4 holes, 6 holes, 7 holes, 9 holes), the line use different parallel or conical twin screw extruder depend on the product section size and mould, and assembled with vacuum calibration table, haul-off unit, cutter, stacker etc. The main extruder’s output varies from 150kg/h-450kg/h. The haul-off unit adopts the unique elevation technology which is specially designed by our company. The vacuum calibration table adopts special designed technology to enlarge the vortex cooling system to convenient cool the product and meet the high output product requirements. The haul-off and cutting speed is synchronized. All the moving adopts PLC computer control, it is reasonable designed, stable working, and can cut auto-measured. The line can adopt 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 11 meters vacuum calibration table according to the different mould.

A. Use plastic molding analysis system from Euro-America, worked in the State-of-the-art design and accurate analog-analyzing, adopt Germany advanced technology, to use center material-feeding method, double circle design, so that internal stress is dealt in a better state. Never accumulate material and able to adjust the thickness and weight of the products.
B. The mould device is made of specially-treated steel from Japan; It is processed by Japan-made CNC machine before surface-polishing and hardening process. High-precision assembly can greatly extend the moulds service life.
2. Extrusion System
Use a set of system of injection design and analog data analysis, which carries out real-time supervision and monitoring in accordance with plastic material type at different process sections (Feeding, Plasticization and Blending), it adjusts the screw parameter design, temperature and speed. Use Japan special steel and advanced CNC equipments.
3. Hydraulic system
Adopted VICKERS or YUKEN oil pump and valves, it is quite steady when it working, special in the high speed movement, because we use twin proportion values, the whole machine move smooth and swift, no strike, low noise, key motive force is steady. Life-span is several times than traditional extension, and it is simple, easy to safeguard.

1. Usage: FQCH-HC× 2 Lines model bag making machine is suitable for making print bags or no-print bags.
2. Double line production system: This machine can produce print or no-print bags by two production lines. In this way, the labor salary is saved.
3. Fully automatic: It can do one-line production of the following steps: Heat sealing, heat cutting, punching, sending bags out by conveyer belt, folding bags, and waste film delivering. All the above steps is done by one machine.
4. Independent control system: The sealing and cutting device adopts one computer to control the machine. The punch device adopts another computer to control. Therefore, it is independent control system. If moving the punch unit out, the sealing and cutting device also can make flat bags.
5. Double punch: Two air cyclinder device will be installed on the machine to do “U”shape cutting with heavy power. Moreover, two “U”shape knife will be installed on the machine to do two line punch production easily.
6. Bags Conveyer belt: It adopts conveyer belt to send bags out in order.
7. Waste film conveyer belt: The waste film under the machine will be deliveried out by another conveyer belt under the machine.
8. Double photo cell: Two photo cell will be installed on the sealing and cutting unit to track the print mark for print bags in two production line.
9. Its machine has the following features: Automatic temperature control, double driver, double sealing knife, automatic counting system, alarm system.
]]>The film blowing machine suitable for blowing high density polyethylene HDPE, low-polyethylene LDPE, and linearity low-density polyethylene LLDPE plastic layer film which function is good deaden oxygen, kept out of sun, leakage-proof, kept dry, antifreezing ect so that the goods has been packing can maintain frech while the layers film keeps out things for long time. This kind film widly uses for liquid packing.
1. The main film blowing extruder makes up with 2 extruder, 2 piece screws and barrel and 1 die head, can put 2 different material into the loader to blow the film in the same time. Used the die head rotates which will let the film smoothly and goods quality.
2. Screw and barrel adopt 38CRMOALA, with nitrogen treatment and best rigidity, then the screw has been being high hardness, hard chromium, well corosion preventive, structural durabilities.
3. The die head plates hard chromium which the structure is as screw Mandrel while extrudes can melt the granule uniformly, the surface of the blown film looks clearly and well. The air ring structure use as labyrinth so that the outlet air is uniform.
4. The winder unit adopts pressure friction rewinder, or rewinder with center winder by torque motor, rewinder with bouble friction roller or bouble center rewinder which uses the torque motor for adjusting winder so that the film while rewinder will be smooth and easy take out and change the roller film.
