This conical double screw plastic extruder is mainly used to extruding various kinds PVC powders.

Hydraulic automatic changer water circulation cooling system for the AC motor pumps exhaust for the exchange of water ring vacuum pump motor.

It is pet bottle, flake recycling production line, the pet flakes washing line, the pet washing line, the flake recycling line.
Application:
The production line is mainly used for recycling waste PET bottles, films and scrap etc, after crushing, cleaning, dehydration, drying, obtains the clean PET fragment which can be used later for granulating.
The production procedures are as follows: Selection, label removal, crushing, heating stirring, friction washing and two poaching washing. After these washing procedures, the washed PET flakes can meet the requirement of next application.
