]]>This pelletizing line consists of the following equipments, it is suitable for PP, PE film and PP woven bag:
1. Belt conveyor:
Usually equipped with holding silo to feed the materials continuously
In case of some metals in the bags, metal detector (infrared ray) or magnetic frame can be equipped on the belt to remove the metals
2. Crusher (granulator):
It is used to crush the bags into small pieces. Special design knives and rotor are suitable for PP bags without winding materials.
3. Storing silo:
With stirring screw and pushing screw to guarantee feeding the materials into the extruder
The cyclone system will remove the dust automatically
4. Extruder:
With force feeder to feed the materials into the extruder continuously and get a large output capacity.
Sometimes, the materials are high contaminated, two stage pelletizing can be used.
Natural or vacuum exhausting system can be chosen to remove the moisture and air
The screen changer wills filter paper, metals and other non-plasticization contaminations to get high quality final products
5. Die and pelletizer: Specially designed die according to PP.
Underwater pelletizing or strand pelletizing can be chosen up to you
6. Screening machine can be used in this line to get a high quality pellets
7. Cyclone silo
